Search box adsense

Hi, i want to change the regular search box for the adsense search box, but, i can’t put in the same place.
I remove the regular search theme and put the right code for adsense, the new box stays under the menu, not side to side, like was before. Its something on the style.css that blocks or styles.php?

Sorry for the bad translation, i’m from Brazil. Could someone help me?
