Search bar + results

Hi, I’m using the VW Medical Care template and am wondering if it is possible to edit the word “Search” in the search bar. And when I get the search results, there are multiple blocks (Search, Archives, Meta, Categories) on the right panel. Is there any way to delete/conceal these blocks?
