search bar missing. Just shows submit button

    I am not sure when this started but on both the website and mobile I can not see the search bar. It just shows the submit button. Can’t input anything to search.

    I am running the latest version of the plugin and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin and still does not work.
