Search bar content depending on the page

  • Hello,
    With the addon the search bar displays extended search great with taxonomy and date range.

    But is there a way to tell what to display (with shortcode for instance or a hack).
    I mean can we choose to display taxonomy only or date range only or both of them depending on the page?

    Hi,

    yes this is possible. You can choose, which extended search options you like to display within the searchbar.

    You can do this from the options page:
    AddonSuite -> Extendet Options -> Search Options

    There you can set/unset for each option the checkbox to display for example
    – Search by price
    – Search by category
    – Search by date
    Also you can define titles/labels for these fields to display them on frontend.

    If you use the MAL addon from WPAdverts, you can define some radius options too.
