Search at header

Hi,
I am using the electronics theme for my site.
And I was wondering if its possible to reconfigure the search results from the search icon at the header, aside to the login/signup icon.

I notice that it searches on the entire site, showing the results in form of posts.
Is there a way to show results in products form type, like the result we get from the product search widget?
I’m not using the blog function now. And looks kind of weird to see the products in post form.
