Search and way to hide closed tickets features?

    Hey guys,

    Great little plugin here. Is there a way to hide closed tickets from appearing? Also, any plans to add search capabilities in the future? When you have a lot of tickets, it get’s hard for customers to sift through and find the right ones.

    Hello Mike,

    Are you asking for this functionality within Help Scout Desk, or this default Help Scout plugin? If the former please email me via support, if the later I would have to say the answer is no because this HS plugin only handles submissions.
