    I just updated to 1.12 and I noticed that the search bar is gone and that there are no options to sort per column. It sounds a bit similar to this question. I’m not sure this issue rose with the latest version or (as in the other thread) with the upgrade to WP 5.5 as I don’t think I checked.

    Theme is Feather Magazine if that matters, version 3.2.

    1. It’s only in Chrome, Firefox works fine. I’m going to test another few browsers.
    2. That’s odd, the Chromium Edge functions as expected too.
    3. It’s even weirder, Chrome works fine, unless I use incognito! Would incognito strip java?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    For me, the features do show up just fine.

    This sounds as if this only happens when you are logged-in into WordPress. My guess is that something else on the site (another plugin or the theme) are loading extra things or are loading things differently in that case, and by doing that, they are introducing JavaScript problems.

    Good thought, but that’s not it. Also logged out they’re gone in Chrome.

    You may be right after all. When I close the incognito screen and start a new one, the search and sorting are there.

    He that’s weird, now I’m logged in AND I see the search and sorting!

    Perhaps the only problem was that I was still logged in after updating and the browser cached something or so.
