Search and replace sentences

  • Hello,
    I want to replace whole sentences on my website https://discounter-check.com/ and I’m not sure how it works.

    This is the sentence I want to replace

    Welcome to our review 2018

    I want to replace it with

    Welcome to our new review 2019

    To I have to use “” to replace this parts (“Welcome to our review 2018”) or is this not necessary?
