    Hi Marc,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

From what I can see, there are several JavaScript files in your site that are raising errors. Due to that, execution of the JS stops and the TablePress JS (for sorting/search/pagination) is not executed.

To fix that, it might be enough to deactivate the “jQuery Updater” plugin. That currently seems to be loading a version of jQuery that is not (yet) supported by WordPress and all plugins.
    Could you please try that?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias
Thank you for such a quick response.
I only applied the j query updater plugin today hoping that it would resolve the issue but sadly it has not.

Could it be related to my using a CDN?

I shall un-install the J query updater now.

    Hi,

ok, thanks for the clarification. No, you should not need that jQuery Updater plugin, as there’s nothing (from what I can see) that is loading an old version. It’s usually the best to simply use the version that ships with jQuery.

Now, I can not spot any immediate issues that could be causing this, so I’d recommend that you update to WordPress 3.7 and we’ll go from there.
It might then also be worth a shot to (1) try without the CDN (to see if it’s working then), and to (2) refresh the files on the CDN (and clear the cache manually).

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Thanks Tobias
    I shall do that now.
Once again, I must say you always give amazing support, I shall make another donation as soon as I can as I really do appreciate your plugin and the support you offer. ??

    Hi,

yes, updating is always a good idea. ??

And thanks for wanting to donate, I really appreciate it!

Now, I think I might have found something: The “Cookie Law Info” plugin that you have installed seems to be broken. Some files (CSS and JS) can not be loaded and only return a “404 Not Found” error. To verify that, please temporarily deactivate that plugin, or try to re-install it from a fresh download (to make sure that all plugin files really exist).

    Regards,
    Tobias

    You were spot on!!!!!

I haven’t finished activating everything yet but cookie law one one of the first that I did, as as soon as it was active the search box disappeared.
I have just deleted it, so it looks Like Team Tobias has spotted it right at the outset!!

I shall continue turning on the others, fingers crossed ??

    Just out of interest Tobias
do you have any plans to create a premium add on so that members can input data from the front end which can then be approved by admin?
It would be a really awesome addition.

    Hi,

no problem, you are very welcome! ?? Good to hear that this helped!

Note that the “Cookie Law Info” plugin is not broken code-wise, but just “installation-wise” on your site. If you need that plugin, it should be no problem to re-install it. That should then bring back the missing files, so that the error should no longer happen.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!

    Thanks Tobias
I have also found a conflict with Easy Adsense Pro, when activated there is no search column. I shall try re-uploading that one as well.

    Hi,

ok, sounds good. If that doesn’t fix that, I’ll take another look, once Maintenance Mode is off.

Looks Like I’m sorted now Tobias

Many many thanks as always. I’m sure I have rated already but will check now and donation on its way.

    Have a great day!
