Search and accordion on same page cause conflict

  • I have a search on the same page as I have a regular accordion with FAQ toggle activated and answers grouped by categories. When I search for a term that is not found, it causes the category titles in the accordion to not open when clicked.

    When the null term is deleted, the search results show categories, and the categories in the full FAQ area are still unable to open.

    When a search term *does* show results, it will show the same category head in both the results and the regular FAQ area, and clicking the FAQ area category title will open the search results category and not the main FAQ category.

    I’m assuming the issues are related. Is there anything that can be done about this?

    Well, look at that! I just updated the plugin and now the issue in the first paragraph (the null result term one) is fixed!

    The other two issues persist, but are less of a big deal.

    In that case, we’ll do our best to replicate this problem on our own testing server, and put out an update as soon as we’re able to recreate the issue.
