• Great plugin!
I just ran through an issue I guess a lot of people have problems regarding it!
I set up the filter with a category field(where I only want 4 of the categories to be included in a drop down list), and 3 custom fields.

I set the option of search all, but when all fields are on search all options, nothing is returned, while I thought the search would return all possible posts from the 4 specified categories in the Category set up.
when i remove the exclusion of other categories, it works but also shows other posts from other categories I don’t want to show!
how can I get the “Search All” option in the category set up to search all posts only in the 4 categories I want while excluding what I added in the exclude fields?

    Thanks a lot!

You can’t excluding other category in the search. Because as the plugin suggested, it filtered the posts instead of search.
However, you can create a custom taxonomy to isolate with the category that you don’t want to search. And add this custom taxonomy in the search form, in this way, the category will not be searched.
