Search all forms within one sticky list

    I have a sticky list which lists and allows me to search all entries of a specific form. I have 6 different forms which are all registration forms so what I’d like is a global search/list where I can have one sticky list which list entries from all 6 forms and allows me to search all the forms.

    Currently what I’ve done as a temporary measure is create 6 pages and each one has it’s own sticky list on it so I’m looking to combine all of this into one page abd one sticky list

    You could try putting multiple stickylist short codes on the sam page and then use some css to adjust table headers, etc..
