    Hi there Calum:

Do you mean just the “Tribe Events Bar” (the grey bar with the date and view selectors), but no actual list of events below it?

I guess you could make your main events page the front page of your site and modify the relevant template so that it doesn’t display the actual event content if it is being viewed on the front page. You could further add a little logic to pull in whatever other content you want to see on your front page.

    Could that work?

    Hi Barry,

This wouldn’t work as the home page is already customised and the last piece that needs to be slotted into it is the filters bar search or a normal search that will allow me to search events.

I have added a plugin that lets me run PHP scripts through the main page.

Is there any way that I could use that to copy the code for it directly into the page?

    Kind Regards

    Calum

There possibly is a way of doing this, but you’re looking to do something that neither The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO or Event Rocket are really built to help with.

…the last piece that needs to be slotted into it is the filters bar search or a normal search that will allow me to search events.

A regular WP search should indeed encompass events so that is certainly easiest – as it is a current and existing capability. Are you finding that isn’t the case? If so, it may be worth seeking help on the support pages of The Events Calendar itself.
