    Hello, we have created an intranet with a knowledge base, but we are facing an issue where the search function does not work within your table. We have contacted BetterDoc, but they have advised us to reach out to you to help resolve this issue.

    Hello.
    Could you please give us more details about this issue,
    when you say the search function does not work,
    we guess the search on the table does not return any results ( but you can confirm that the searched value is in the actual table)?

    If the site is on an intranet network, i guess it will not be accessible remotely online?
    We tried to visit your page, https://private, but it is not loading from our end.
    Could you please confirm what is the table type in question and if you can confirm are you using the Lite Plugin or the Premium version of wpDataTables?
    If you are using the premium plugin, and for example if this table is an SQL Based Table,
    please open a ticket on our?main Support platform here?and one of our Agents will respond you as quickly as possible.

    Premium products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by www.remarpro.com moderators.

    If you don’t have an active licence, you can open a ticket in the “Pre-Purchase” section, 

    or simply click on this link; that way, it will not ask you for the Premium code.
