SDK link not found and other issues regarding otp

Hi, I have 3 issues.

1- twiio sms is not working. cannot find phone operator sdk link in plugin setting after using twilio as operator to download.

2- when using firebase service, external box otp generated is reversed because I changed the language of website to Arabic. instead of inputing otp like 123456, it makes me do it opposite from right to left 654321. what should I do to make it the same as before changing language? I would like the order from left to write as normal.

3- also, how can i make the otp to be in 1 box to have all the numbers in it instead of 6 generated boxes?
