Scuba Theme Move Navigation Menu below Image

Good day to all ??

I am using the Scuba theme and am having a hard time to make minor customization.

What is required:
1. Move the Main Menu below the image. In a responsive way.

I have managed to get the menu with jQuery script to display below the image. But now the body contents (when window is maximized) are below the menu and image. As if it’ top property is not defined correctly.

But when I resize the window (smaller) till the mobile menu displays then all the body text displays correctly.

I am really sucking with CSS. And also I need to keep it responsive to no absolute property settings ??
