Scrolling with Sticky Header

Hello, first of all, thanks for the plugin, it works really well.

I do have a question regarding scrolling to elements in the toc. When I click on a link in the toc then the page scrolls so that the heading I clicked is at the top of the page. However, I have a sticky header of a certain height (say 50px). That header overlaps the content that’s shown at the top of the page. So when the toc scrolls the content to a particular heading then the actual heading is not visible because it’s covered by the header. That doesn’t look so good.

Is there already a way to deal with that situation? Otherwise would it be possible to add one? E.g. by providing a scroll-offset option (or something else).
