    I have a form at the bottom of a page, and after the user submits, the page reloads and the user is returned to the top of the page and therefore doesn’t see the message that their form was submitted successfully. Is there a way to prevent the whole page from reloading, and only update the confirmation message in the form after clicking submit?

    This is the exact same issue that was in a previous closed thread, however the answers in that thread did not work for me:

    Hello @jnnfrwebb,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please enter form maker > options and enable Ajax Submit option.

    This should solve the issue.

    Same here, and saw that that thread ‘nnfrwebb’ mentions

    i was unsuccessful with my issue.

    I would be grateful if wou would have a peep at my problem;

    https://elsflowers.ie

    Click Request a Callback in the menu bar,
    fill out form (only 2 fields)
    and submit.

    On my computer, the ‘Scrolling to see Confirmation Message after Submission’ does not appear and the screen reverts back to the page.
    Clicking on the same menu link the popup appears and is now showing the acknowledgement.

    If this occurs with your trial, is there a solution?

    Kind regards,

    p.s. Can’t find: “form maker > options and enable Ajax Submit option.”
