scrolling to near bottom

I created a multipage form… whenever I am clicking next button, if the content of next page is bit more, page is scrolling automatically to the near bottom… This is very irritating and doesn’t look good… how can I stop it? I want to keep the page at top, no automatic scrolling… If user wants, he can scroll…Please help…
