Scrolling to bottom reloads the page

    function my_redirect_function() { return 'https://example.com'; }

    and when i scroll the page to bottom then the page redirects

    I’m sorry, I think I’m going to need some more context. I’m not sure what this has to do with the Remove Broken Images plugin.
