Scrolling to bottom of page Popup limit

Is there a way to induce the Social icon popup when set to “scroll to bottom of page” to activate pop ONLY ONE time – so not to get annoying to the viewer??
Or to set a limit of the number of times the popup pops up on a page?? Using the scroll to bottom option?
