scrolling problem

  • hi everybody I am new to wordpress and a non-techie. as I really dont know in forum to state my query i choose this forum.
    the problem is sometime the scroll down is not working properly in my website. I really dont know if it is a browser or worpdress issue.

    hosting : onlinetroubleshooters.com
    plugins : woocommerce and instamojo(payment gateway), shopisle companion
    theme: shopisle

    I had seen there is topics scrolling related plugins but I am not using any scroll plugin

    Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with your theme.
