Scrolling on mobile devices is not smooth

Good afternoon dear forum users,

The following issue only occurs on actual mobile devices, not desktops.

I face an issue on my website where as i scroll through the pages(any pages) up and down the scroll skips a little of the page each time. This only happens when i scroll from upwards to downwards and the other way around. Not when i have already scrolled upwards and i scroll upwards again. Or downwards and downwards again.

I have tested it on both the mobile google chrome browser and the regular android browser and the problem occurs on both.

The desktop version of the website seems to be working fine and this problem does not occur there.

Does somebody have an idea on where this problem occurs and how i could possibly fix it?
