Scrolling issue with 2.0 and 2.0.1

Hi there,
My client has been using your plugin for a while, but we had to narrow down a scrolling issue on the site. Turns out it’s your plugin 2.0 or 2.0.1 plugin version, then scrolling is really messed up and it looks like you do something with scrolling?

Why is a plugin for blocks loading or interfering with this on the front-end?

Rolling back to 1.7.5 makes it OK, but there is surely something oddly going on in the recent versions.
