• Hey,

    I just uploaded to the latest version of the theme.
    Everything works perfect except for the fact that the scrolling effect, which makes the different sections appear, doesn’t work on mobile…

    It displays all content over the header image now.

    Please help me: https://www.Rihannas-Rehab.com

    Sincerely,
    Burak

    No one can help here?

    It’s really urgent as is really doesn’t look good. Nobody can read any content on my page now.

    I tried everything for the last hours, but can’t find the mistake.

    Note that since the update:
    1) there is an extra box in the footer (right), before the box went up until the end of the footer (it didn’t create the line to make it look like a box)
    2) there is a line below the header image in between the transition where it breaks completely on mobile
    3) when you keep scrolling to the top the header picture will be seen ABOVE the navigation bar – before it showed all blank white.

    Hello,

    Please try to update to the latest version which is 1.8.3.5 and try to disable the plugins you are using and see which one of those are causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Alexandra

    Hey Alexandra,

    thanks for your reply.
    I updated again now and could fix.
    The problem only occurs after I embed my ads.

    wp_head(); ?>

    <script type='text/javascript'>
      var googletag = googletag || {};
      googletag.cmd = googletag.cmd || [];
      (function() {
        var gads = document.createElement('script');
        gads.async = true;
        gads.type = 'text/javascript';
        var useSSL = 'https:' == document.location.protocol;
        gads.src = (useSSL ? 'https:' : 'http:') +
          '//www.googletagservices.com/tag/js/gpt.js';
        var node = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];
        node.parentNode.insertBefore(gads, node);
      })();
    </script>

    <script type='text/javascript'>
      googletag.cmd.push(function() {
        googletag.defineSlot('/7264022/Flaunt_728x90_Int', [728, 90], 'div-gpt-ad-1441212117357-0').addService(googletag.pubads());
        googletag.pubads().enableSingleRequest();
        googletag.enableServices();
      });
    </script>

    <script type='text/javascript'>
      var googletag = googletag || {};
      googletag.cmd = googletag.cmd || [];
      (function() {
        var gads = document.createElement('script');
        gads.async = true;
        gads.type = 'text/javascript';
        var useSSL = 'https:' == document.location.protocol;
        gads.src = (useSSL ? 'https:' : 'http:') +
          '//www.googletagservices.com/tag/js/gpt.js';
        var node = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];
        node.parentNode.insertBefore(gads, node);
      })();
    </script>

    <script type='text/javascript'>
      googletag.cmd.push(function() {
        googletag.defineSlot('/7264022/Flaunt_bf300x250_Int', [300, 250], 'div-gpt-ad-1441282518300-0').addService(googletag.pubads());
        googletag.pubads().enableSingleRequest();
        googletag.enableServices();
      });
    </script>

    </head>

    and

    </nav>
    <br>
    <center><!-- /7264022/Flaunt_728x90_Int -->
    <div id='div-gpt-ad-1441212117357-0' style='height:90px; width:728px;'>
    <script type='text/javascript'>
    googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1441212117357-0'); });
    </script></center>
    </div>
    <br>
    		</div>

    	</div>
    	<!-- / END TOP BAR -->

    So what is it that makes the scrolling effect disappear, that every section gets displayed above the header image? These codes worked perfect always. I really need an answer otherwise my host might suspend me again.

    Also I have noticed that the theme doesn’t support the letters ?, ?, ü and ? anymore which are commin in e.g. German language. When I add these in the “team”-section it won’t display any text at all and just show a blank grey space. These always worked before, can you PLEASE fix it as ue, oe and ae are just wrong and look horrible. I tried to replace them by html codes, but they don’t work either.

    And what is this? This only occured after the last update… why is the “latest news” section so big and why does it display some news in a longer abstract than others…. https://img5.fotos-hochladen.net/uploads/1verth4w28foejc.jpg

    I really don’t understand where all these errors are suddenly coming from? I loved the theme since Day 1 and NEVER had any problem, but lately after the last two updates it’s horrible ??

    It also takes much more time to load on mobile + it’s not ALWAYS displaying all images on mobile.

    Thank you in advance.

    Sincerely,
    Burak

    Hello,

    I apologize for my late response. You never mentioned if you disabled all the plugins you are using.

    Best regards,

    I tried it, all been deactivated and it didn’t impact the errors.

    How we continue?

    I could fix the one thing with the news sections. But still

    1) I need to place the ads
    2) get ?, ?, ü, ? back to make it work in code

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Regarding the special characters issue, we are aware of that and we are trying to get it fixed in future updates.

    Best regards,

    What about the ads though?

    It didn’t hurt the theme at all before, so there must be changes within the theme that makes the layout crack now?

    Sincerely,
    Burak
