Scrolling doesn’t work properly on mobile

    Hi, Good evening,

    In mobile browsers scrolling through my website is not working properly. Sometimes hampering, sometimes not even able to scroll after landing on the home page. Tried with multiple devices.
    I’m facing this issue already for some time unfortunately, but now my business is growing this is really something that needs to be fixed.

    I downloaded a scrolling plugin today, but unfortunately didn’t fix the issue.

    Hope there’s anybody that can help me with this issue ??

    I think you used some kind of smooth scrolling can you please provide teh code through which you achieved that. Another thing is that I checked that on my mobile it seems to be working fine. But yes it takes time to load. But I am more than happy to help you with this.

    Hi Hilay,

    Thank you for coming back to me so fast. Actually I didn’t apply any code that I’m aware off (as this issue is already on my website for quite some time). Yesterday I installed the plugin named “MouseWheel Smooth Scroll” but it didn’t solve the issue ??

    But I think the main issue is site loading instead of scrolling. As the site is taking time in loading but once it loads I can able to scroll the site without any error.

    Hi Hilay, Thank you for getting back to me. You’re right that I need to improve the site loading. Started removing pages that I don’t use anymore + remove pictures from the website that we don’t use / use smaller sizes of images. This should improve the speed at least.

    Would you please have a look again? When the site is loaded and I leave it open for let’s say one minute, try to scroll then again, the behaviour is still applicable. It also happens on other mobile phones. So I’m sure that all content is already loaded. Hope you have an idea what settings should be changed?
