Scrollbar not working

    HI, love your plugins, but cannot get the Compare plugin to work properly on my site.

    After adding products to compare, the iframe pops up but the scrolling function does not work so I can only see the top attributes. Also tried using the widget on https://redcape.websitesharrogate.co.uk/compare/ and although it lists the products I added to be compared, it doesn’t list any attributes.

    Running all the latest versions on all plugins, WP and theme (Divi).

    I would really appreciate your help

    Hi,
    and thank you for writing in!

    Please try adding the following code snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    #cboxTitle{
    display:none !important;
}

    and let us know if this will do the trick! ??

    Hi, I am having a similar issue. The scroll works on PC and on small screen mobile IOS, but not on larger screened mobile devices such as Ipad Pro.
    The Light box appears but you cannot scroll down. The whole light box moves up and down, but not the content within.
    I have tried the above, but it didn’t help.
