Scrollbar is freezing in insert link window

  • Hi there
    When I stand on a page (editing the page) and try to insert a link ( make a text to a hyperlink) my scrollbar are freezes and I can not see the bottom lines of the statement of opportunities or former inmates topics. I can not drag it down with the mouse.
    I have tryed change themes, shut of alle my plugins. I also believe that I saw the problem when I used version 3.8. Anyone have an idea for a solution. Regards Lars

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
