Scroll top on mobile issue when filter is selected

  • Hi

    We use and installed this powerful plugin for our site. I setup in the general setting to scroll top -200px both desktop and mobile. But why instead of scroll top when filter is selected, it just scroll to bottom on mobile view. We had this plugin on other site but there’s no issue in it.

    How to fix this?

    Hello,

    Plugin use Products selector to detect position of products top.
    Check that you have correct Products selector.
    Maybe on mobile devices you have multiple products list, or it is styled in some way that there is no way to get correct top position of products list.
