• I’m using the free version of the Astra theme. The “scroll to top” feature was working great on my site, but I recently noticed that it has stopped working. The feature is still enabled in the Astra settings, and I’ve cleared the site’s cache entries in my browser and the site cache on my web host’s (Bluehost) platform, but the problem persists. I’m reluctant to disable my plugins on the live site, as that would break much of the site, but I did disable all plugins on my local copy of the website, and it makes no difference. I’m out of ideas, and would appreciate any suggestions.

  • Hi @silverblatt,?

I have reviewed your website and it appears to be fine from our end. Refer to this screencast, please.

Could you please try closing your browser, reopening it, and accessing the site by adding “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL, like this: example.com/?no-cache?

Please let me know if this makes any difference in the output.

    Kind regards,?

Thanks for reaching out, Aradhy. I tried your suggestion with three different browsers. Adding “/?no-cache” made no difference in Firefox or Edge – the scroll-to-top arrows don’t still don’t appear. However, the scroll-to-top arrows now appear in Chrome, regardless of whether or not I add “/?no-cache”.

    Hi @silverblatt,

I am using a Firefox browser and it seems that the scroll-to-top arrow is appearing on my end. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Could you please share a similar screenshot of how it is appearing on your end as well? Please make sure to add the “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL before taking the screenshot.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy ??

Here is the screenshot. The scroll-to-top arrow does not appear in Firefox, regardless of whether or not I add “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL.
