Scroll to another # ID tag on same page

Hi there,
A great plugin and from an options point of view the best I’ve tried.
I think this has been asked before, although I have a slightly different need.
I notice the coding scrolls to a /# in the address bar,
Is there a way for me to modify the script so it scrolls to #services id tag which is just below the top of the page?
