Scroll title to a specific section instead of redirecting to another page

  • Hello, I am developing a website wherein there is a feature that the title should only scroll down to a specific section. However, the title is already a custom post type of the theme so I can’t modify the code and once I click each title, it redirects to another single page of the post.
    Is there any way I can do to make that custom post’s title only scrolls down to a div id? Thank you,

    Why then have you even created these custom posts at all, if you don’t want them to be clicked to open? How else do you want to access the actual content under these custom posts?

    What am I missing?

    If you can give your specific website, that may help clarify this conundrum.

    The custom post is built in with the Theme. Also, I used the Filter feature when if you click a button, there will be only specific category shows. But the custom post of the theme redirects to another single page once you click the title
