• Resolved webstijl

    Hi,

I have some problems when scrolling down, inside WordPress. All the information inside the columns is scrolling gown as well when I scroll down, so I can′t reach the bottom of the page without seeing any new information.

I made a short video via Loom to make it visual: https://www.loom.com/share/ac94fdcd02d24fa2ba0fd666758218f8

Hope you can help me with this.

    Kind regards,

    Frank

    Hi Roman,

It happens in the backend within WordPress and not at the frontend, so I can′t send you a link.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

We solved the problem. It was an extension called: ′Record, Transcribe & ChatGPT for Google Meet′.

When we turned off the extension the problem was solved.

Oh man! Thank you. It’s been driving me insane. And thanks @macmanx for sharing this with me!
