Scroll Offset on Visual Composer

Hi,

Thanks for this excellent plugin. I am currently using the class generator and adding the classes to the appropriate field inside of a Visual Composer row/ column. However, I cannot adjust scroll offset using classes, nor can I add HTML properties to a visual composer row/ column/ widget. Is there a way that I can change the scroll offset with function.php perhaps? I can be a universal value.
