Scroll not working properly

    Hi, hope you are doing good. With the smooth scroll on it takes me 2-3 attempts to reach the desired point on my page when I click the table of contents. I guess thats bcoz of lazy loading. When I disable it, it works perfectly but then the offset doesn’t work which I need since I have a sticky menu. Can you help me with this please ? Thanks ??
