Scroll not working on Safari browser

  • TOC has previously worked well for me; however, I recently discovered that when clicking the links on the TOC (on every post that features TOC), the page does not scroll. This only happens on Safari. It doesn’t happen on Chrome.

    It’s fine for me, as I can just switch to Chrome, but not a good user experience for my readers who have Safari. The link provided is just one example.
