Scroll issue

I also setup another install that only has popup maker and Gravity forms active. and it is running 2016 theme and latest version of wordpress. No modifications have been made. Here is a video of whats happening on mobile. I’m on latest iOS safari.

@theshae – Do you have the popup set to fixed position? Seems like the browser is being forced to resize repeatedly on your site. The popup re positions itself when that happens. This is the first I have seen it, usually works great on mobile as it has its own scroll bars.

Disable fixed and you should be ok.

Fixed was checked off, and I’ve unchecked it, however the issue is still happening.
I’ve cleared safari cache and tried chrome incognito window.

Any other ideas?

@theshae – Curious if you have ever looked at VVV for WordPress development? Looks like your using cPanel still, lot of awesome stuff specific for WP if you look at other dev environment options :).

Your dev site has disabled fixed position, but your live site has not. Maybe check it again, also if you have any cacheing plugins installed be sure to purge/clear those.

@danieliser I’ve never used VVV only MAMP. I’ll check out VVV though. Thanks for the suggestion. I wanted the dev site to be available to the public thats why i did it through cpanel.

As stated in my previous message, the dev site only has gravity forms and popup maker installed. No Caching.

Its still jumping around on scroll. Any other things I can Try?

@theshae – I will likely need to add a new option to disable the repositioning of popups when window resizes. Basically when you scroll down the browser bars dissapear, this causes the window to resize. Scroll back up and the bars reappear causing same issue.

I will get it into v1.4.10 this week.

@theshae – I couldn’t get the new option in quickly. I had to push out this update as it fixed several issues driving many support tickets. I will get this in v1.4.11
