  • Same here. It comes back every day, rather than the 21 days I’ve chosen in the settings.

    Hi popaionut,

I’ll look into it to recreate the issue and update you soon.

    Hi guys,

We can’t seem to reproduce the issue, but are you sure that you have “test mode” disabled in the plugin settings?

You can check this by going to Scroll Triggered Boxes > Settings. If you have an URL, that would be very helpful as well. ??

    Thanks!

    Hi Danny

Having the same problem on our site: https://beautifulbizarre.net – the popup is on all pages.

Have tried on different PCs and mobile, and on a variety of browsers, Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari. Clicking the X works for the current session only, as soon as you close and reopen the browser the popup returns.

Settings: “test mode” disabled, cookie expiration set to 14 days, all browsers used for testing have cookies enabled.

One other thing, the box appears fine in Firefox, Chrome and Safari but looks pretty bad in IE for some reason, the text is squashed together vertically.

Love the plugin but don’t want to nag our clients to death!

    Hey Richard,

I tried opening your website and closed the STB box. When I refreshed as well as closed and opened the browser the box did not appear. I tested this on Chrome and Firefox.

Would it be possible to disable other plugins and test it.

P.S. Please note in future even if you are facing similar issue as others, opening a new thread is much better as it helps assisting you better and mark the ticket as resolved once the issue is fixed.

    Hi all,

We were finally able to find the culprit and just pushed out version 2.0.3 of the plugin that fixes this issue. Sorry for the delay, but I do hope this helps.
