Scroll box showing every time

    Am using scroll box on my website. Have chosen the option
    “Frequency
    Do NOT show the scroll box to the same visitor again until this much time (14 days) has passed.”
    But it shows the box every time I go to the page – so I assume it does it to other people as well.
    How can I get it to comply with the 14 days..?

    Are you using incognito mode to bypass the cookie? We definitely use cookies and haven’t seen this issue come up with anyone else recently.
