Scroll bar disappears on page after closing foobox lightbox

I am using Foobox on my new site (under construction), and when I close a lightbox, it also removes the scroll bar from the main website page so I cannot proceed any further down the page browsing. The scrollbar resets when I reload the page.

This issue is apparent in Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m, Internet Explorer Version 11.0.102.40.16766 and Firefox 50.1.0

Also, in Internet Explorer, the Next, Previous and Close buttons do not appear (see image – https://www.coronetrv.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/WisdomTree_223-Jan.-03_AW.jpg)
