Scripts n Styles in the middle of post

Hi there,

My Scripts n Styles bar is showing up in the middle of posts after the new WordPress update (it used to always be at the bottom of a new post page). Do you know how to get it out, as it’s hard to edit underneath it and clutters up the beginning of new posts. I can get screenshots if you need them.
