    Hello there!

    Yesterday I started having problem with your plugin. All of a sudden it blocked some scripts like Slider Revolution, image loading and products variation selection, so it’s not possible to place orders. Even the cookie banner is blocked.
    It’s pretty weird since nothing changed in the website in the last 48 hours and two days ago everything was working fine.
    I had to deactivate CookieYes plugin in order to get the website back to normality.

    Hi @yodastudio,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

    In the staging site, you have added the CookieYes CMP tag via GTM. Using the CookieYes CMP tag along with the plugin is not recommended. You may refer to this documentation to implement Google Consent Mode while using the plugin.

    I made some changed in the page code following your documentation.
    Do I have to foolow this step too or do I have to ignore it? I’m a little bit confused about it.

    If you are using the plugin, you should follow the documentation we have shared in the previous response.
    And the documentation you have shared in the last response is applicable for WebApp users.

    I apologize for the delay in responding. I misunderstood your documentation about the use via GTM, I thought it was the right way.
    I’ll do some adjustment in the weekend and let you know if it’s ok.

    your plugin is blocking my matomoscript. I have 2 different scripts:
    1) If consent given, then add trackingscript with cookies
    2) If consent not given, then add trackingscript without cookies (This one is blocked from your plugin)

    What should I do?
