    Have a look in the /frontend/templates folder ?? You will also need to modify the wpsl-gmap.js file.

    On line 174, it listens for a click on the submit button. It then goes to the codeAddress function ( line 438 ) and ends up with the makeAjaxRequest ( line 519 ) function where it makes the actual request with the values from the dropdowns. If you don’t have dropdowns anymore, then you can hardcode a defautl value.
