Script showing in Admin

I’m getting some annoying script showing through on the toolbar icon in the Admin area. This is no plugins active but yours on Twenty Twelve theme to ensure no conflicts:
Perhaps have the icon only appear on the front end, as it seems to work fine there, and I don’t see much need for it within the admin area anyway.
