Script not interpreted as code, but as text

    First of all, thumbs up for a great plugin ??

    But when i used WP 4.5.2 and plugin version 1.3.4 i got a really big issue.
    As far as i can see the plugin is causing this.

    When i paste in code into the footer section it gets interpreted as text.
    Thererfore all quotes etc. gets escaped into their char code etc.

    It works great in the header-section.
    What is causing this :S
