Script loaded on every page

    I see that the files notices.css and notices.js are being loaded on every page.

    Can you please confirm that these are only required on the cart and checkout pages?

    Yes and no.
    They are loaded on every page, but only when you are logged in as an administrator.
    They are required for debugging purposes on every store page.
