    Hi team

    In recent version you have used javascript chaining operator ( ?. ) in assets/js/frontend.js (possibly in other files as well) but it is supported from safari 13.1 and iPhone 6 users can not upgrade to iOS 13 and therefore errors are being thrown which causes other scripts to fail, etc…

  • Hi,

    Unfortunately, this is a known issue with older versions.

    At the moment, we do not have a fix for it.

    The only workaround is to roll back the version of Elementor.
