    Hello,

really need help with a problem I haven’t been able to figure out for quite a while now and it’s getting really urgent:

We added the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag Codes to the script center in Complianz, category marketing. However, they don’t fire or irregularly in case of the Meta pixel and we don’t understand why.

    Please help. Thanks and best

    Hello Linguedo,

    Thank you for your message.

Did you follow our steps as per this guide?: https://complianz.io/integrating-plugins/ (Step 3 onwards).

I’d suggest adding the Meta Pixel script into your source code via Complianz, as outlined in the guide above. Regarding the LinkedIn script, the full relevant script has to be added to the “Block a script, iframe or plugin” section according to the above guide.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks for your reply @fritsiub

Done the steps, doesn’t work. Also tried disabling other plugins and the usual, nothing works. Any ideas what might be the problem?

    Thanks and best

    Hello,

if you’re embedding those scripts only from the our section “Script center” please:

    1. Follow this guide if you’re using a cache plugin like WP Rocket
    2. Send us a screenshot of the section “Script center” in which you have the 2 scripts, this way we’ll be able to check how you did the integration of both scripts
    3. If you’re using also third-party plugins to embed those services please disable them, since if you want to use the “Script center” you should only use that one method for those scripts
