Script Blocking Area: GTM Google Tag Position in the Head

Hi, first of all thanks for this great cookie notice plugin! My question focus on the integration of the Google Tag (from Google Tag Manager). I have to build in another code snippet (from Awin) in the head on one specific page and this has to be located BEFORE the Google Tag that come from the script blocking area in the Cookie Notice plugin.

For this Awin-code i tried different head-insert plugins, because i’m not a developper. Unfortunately it’s always located AFTER the Google Tag. I tried different plugins for this. Is it somehow possible to influence the position of the Google Tag? Thank you in advance.
