We are sorry to disappoint you, but with both Lite and Premium versions,
when it comes to the global table search block,
at the moment, we don’t have a built-in option to set an “exact search” such as you described.
It is an interesting idea for future development, so if you can be so kind, please add this as a development suggestion.
